Rental history preferred but not required, we are open to first time renters that meet all other requirements.

First month's rent and security deposit equal to first months rent is required regardless of move in date, rent is due on the 1st of every month, the following month would be prorated depending on move in date.

All adults in the household must submit an application for credit and background check purposes. 2 adults maximum for this unit. We prioritize applicants that have completed in person tours of the rental, we use rently.com.
