It’s a charming place—street-level entrance, front and back porches, a shared fenced backyard, and just a short walk to BART, Transbay bus stops, Berkeley, and many great neighborhood spots.

The room available is bright, spacious (14x14), and unfurnished. It has two sliding, wooden French doors- an early 1900s architectural detail. We’ll split utilities (about $80/month) and fiber internet ($38/month). The apartment also has an in-unit washer/dryer, a walk-in closet, large shared external storage, and free permitted street parking.
