## About the Roommates
Currently: Ages range from 21 to 31. Roommates will sometimes socialize in the living room or back patio, but do their own things. Friendly, considerate people will do well here. The house is normally quiet. We welcome tenants all across the gender spectrum.

## About the Location
CSUN is 0.8mile away! Just down the street is an In-n-Out, Taco Bell and McDonald's. It is also a short drive to Van Nuys Airport, and further yet, Valley and Pierce colleges.

## House Rules
No drugs. Smoking outdoors is permitted, but one should not be able to tell someone smokes by entering the house. No parties. Guests are fine, just be courteous to your roommates and neighbors. One of the roommates has a pet husky; no other pets or animals will be allowed.
