This 3BD/3BA, 1,604 sq. ft. tri-level townhome sits just one block from Grand Avenue in the heart of downtown Escondido. The ground floor welcomes you through a private pedestrian entry with a small patio, and it also holds a dedicated home office, giving remote work or study a space of its own away from the rest of the home, plus the attached two-car garage.
The main living level on the second floor is open concept, bringing the living room, dining area, and kitchen together in one easy, connected space. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island that naturally becomes the spot where everyone gathers, and a half bathroom on this level adds everyday convenience.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature carpet flooring. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, while a second full bathroom serves the other two bedrooms, and an additional half bathroom in the home brings the total to four.
Solar panels and a tankless water heater help keep utility costs down, central A/C and heat keep every level comfortable, and dual-pane windows add comfort and efficiency. The garage includes a 240V outlet ready for EV charging and overhead storage racks, and an in-unit washer and dryer keeps laundry simple.
Step out the door and walk to the restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, theaters, and farmers' markets along Grand Avenue, with quick access to the 15 and the 78 for getting around North County. Downtown at your doorstep, solar on the roof, and an office of your own, this Escondido townhome makes city living feel easy!
