Overall rating
I had an awful experience living there. The parking garages are covered in tarps because they leak so bad. The management was terrible. I moved from across country and was told on arrival the unit inrented and reserved was a total different apartment than what was initially promised. It was a total bait and switch. They nickle and dime you for everything. In addition to your own utilities you get a monthly bill to pay utilities on common areas. So even if you live on a floor that is open to the elements you are paying the electric for the floors that are enclosed and heated/cooled. For what you pay in rent there is not a lot of amenities. The neighborhood is very noisy all the time and because you're in between the train track and the waterfront you get constant noise regardless of where in the building you live. They do excessive inspections and are not flexible in allowing you to schedule a time so you can make arrangements for pets, so you get a 1-2 day notice every month or two to have your animals out of the apartment all day long for inspections, which is a challenge if you have a job. I hated it so bad that I paid a fortune to break my lease and move out. I do not recommend this property at all.
