Our quiet neighborhood condo is nestled by the banks of the Provo River. There are also laundry units in the building (pay per load) as well as private gate access into Paul Ream Wilderness Park. We are renting out a furnished (optional) private bedroom room with shared access to a living room, kitchen, and bathrooms (1.5 baths).

Utilities INCLUDED (water, sewer, gas, High-Speed internet by Xfinity, cable, garbage).

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Income: $1,000 a month OR pay entire rent advance.
No minimum credit score requirement. However, a credit report and work history are required with the application.
Lease Length: the 6-month minimum contract or longer (each extension is 6 months ideally but we may consider month to month after that depending on renting experience).
Contact can be sold to others but that is the tenant's responsibility.
