Will move you in take your deposit, pet deposit, rent and then 5 months later before your lease is up tell you that you don’t qualify to live there because you’re over the income limit. And to make matters worse don’t give you even a DIME of your money back. You’re supposed to follow the rules of the lease but they do as they please. Maintenance will just come in your house with no warning. One time I was asleep came out of my room to a random man in my kitchen. Needless to say that was terrifying. You’ll put in a maintenance request and they’ll mark it off as fixed and it’s not even fixed. Bigs everywhere even if you’re a clean person. Trash everywhere outside and the gates never work. Didn’t have a working mailbox for 4 months out of the 5 I lived there. The only good thing about this place is the size and space of the apartment.
