This duplex apartment was recently vacated and can be move-in ready by as early as July 15. If move-in is within July, rent would be prorated. Base rent is $700. Pro-rated water/sewer charges are additional. Electricity and gas are on separate meters and paid to CPS Energy.

Water/sewer charges are allocated (divided) based on the number of residents in the household (maximum two). Water charges average $45 per month per apartment and are emailed from the landlord to the resident along with the SAWS bill, and are to be paid along with the following month's rent.

The washer connection is in kitchen. No dryer connection, but there's a clothesline in the backyard. The resident is responsible for their own basic yard work on their side of yard, including lawn mowing and bush trimming.

Weatherization work was performed through the Casa Verde program a few years ago. Extra insulation and a gas wall heater were added.

Two persons maximum occupancy. Must have a good long-term income of close to $2,000.00 a month. Income must be verifiable with a printed pay record or other credible proof showing long-term earnings. Must also have good verifiable rental history paying full market rent. Preference will be given to those who have rented successfully for long periods in one location recently.
