Office force you to get spectrum and I told them I didn't want, but before I could proceed with online lease signing, I had to accept. I didn't and still don't want it. And now im paying every month and don't even use Spectrum. Also every month my ledger is a different amount. Never consistent. Keep going higher and higher..WHY?

Melissa and Nereyda… They do not have the slightest condition to serve people. They are rude, disdain, are not helpful and do not meet any needs of the residents. I felt extremely despised and demoralized.
