    I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment overall. The unit itself is nice, well-maintained, and the building has a lot of potential. One of the best things about it is the location—being so close to downtown makes it super convenient for work, dining, and entertainment. That said, one major downside is the lack of enforcement around pet policies. While it's great that the complex is pet-friendly, management doesn’t hold pet owners accountable for cleaning up after their animals. It’s not uncommon to find dog waste or urine in the hallways and stairwells, which really affects the cleanliness and overall living experience.
