PARKING NOTES: Parking is available for 1-vehicle in the garage The garage is on the backside of the townhome and is accessible from the back alley off of 19th Avenue. Parellel park in front of the garage and do not block the other residents parking areas. Towing is enforced. Should a third vehicle arrive, there are no other parking options.
