Welcome to Robin's Nest, your home away from home in the beautiful and family-friendly suburbs of Simpsonville. This beautiful townhome is a brand-new construction with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home.

This end-unit townhome 2 minutes from downtown Simpsonville and within walking distance of City Park.

We are conveniently located 1.5 miles from highway I-385 for a 20 minute commute to Greenville.

Guests will be able to enjoy the spacious indoor living and dining areas as well as the lovely outdoor patio area and fire pit.

Robin's Nest is fully-furnished, pet friendly with a $250 fee, and available for monthly rental (30 day-6 months).

Inside, you are greeted with a spacious, welcoming entryway. As you walk down the hallway, you will find the brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all you will need to prepare a meal.

The kitchen gives way to our dining area with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a meal with friends and family. Here, there is seating for 4, with 3 additional stools at the bar.

The kitchen and dining area are open and look out over the comfortable living area with a couch and loveseat where you can relax with loved ones and enjoy a great movie or show (Smart TV with Roku, no cable).

The living area leads outdoors to the fenced patio area, where guests will find seating for 6 as well as a fire pit where you can enjoy spending time with loved ones.

Off the dining area is a hall bath with a stall shower and a single vanity.

The bedrooms are as follows:

Downstairs is the first twin bedroom with a spacious closet. This room also contains a desk and chair to double as an office area.

Continuing upstairs, you enter the second bedroom, which features comfortable bunk beds (Full over Queen) and a nice-sized closet. Down the hall, you will find the second bathroom with ample storage, a tub/shower combination, and a single vanity.

Across from the second bathroom, is the spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer included for your use.

Lastly, tucked away at the end of the hallway, you will come to the Queen bedroom, featuring large his and hers closets, television (Smart TV with Roku, no cable), and a dresser.

The gorgeous and luxurious master bathroom features a double vanity and a spacious, sleek glass-door shower.

The detached 2-car garage is conveniently located behind the townhouse and contains exercise equipment that guests are welcome to use.

This home is fully furnished and all lawn care, utilities, internet (not cable, TV is available for streaming), and trash pick up are included.

The terms are as follows:
-$750 security deposit (refunded within 30 days of check out)
-$250 non-refundable pet fee ($100 per each additional pet)
-$315 Cleaning Fee
