(Good for 30 days) -A representative from our admin team will reach out via phone call or email within 72 business hours with the results and to schedule a final showing or lease signing if approved. If your application is approved & you sign a lease, Blackstone Group will be submitting your contact information to Citizen Home Solutions, a concierge utility connection service. Citizen will contact you to assist with setting up your utilities, phone service, cable/satellite TV, and security monitoring.
