This 1400 square foot, three bedroom unit is located on the second floor of a triplex that was completely renovated in 2013. It features hardwood floors, very tall ceilings with skylights, in-unit laundry, high-efficiency heat with central air, and new Argon double-pane windows. The kitchen is open to the living room and features granite counters, dishwasher, built-in microwave, custom cabinets, and bar seating. There is a small patio area in the back. We knocked out the walls and moved walls to ensure that the 3 bedrooms are approximately the same size.
Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. The gas and electric bills should be relatively low due to the renovations we did.
There is no off-street parking for this unit.
This triplex is conveniently located just a short walk from hospitals, restaurants and shops in Oakland. It is also a short walk to the campuses of CMU, Pitt and Carlow University.
Our company bought it and gutted it down to the brick facade. All of the plumbing, electric, HVAC, insulation, kitchens, and bathrooms were completely re-done in 2013.
All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets.
