The third bedroom is across from the unit entry way so it is perfect for someone who needs a separate office space or wants to "go to work" but stay at home! (Just to be clear, you have to leave your main unit to go out to the shared hallway to access the 3rd bedroom. It is locked access). Washer/dryer is available for use in the basement. It can also be used to store your items neatly. Fresh paint throughout except 3rd bedroom.
Recent updates to the bathroom include fresh paint, new vanity, light fixture and mirror (will update picture soon). New LED light fixture instead of a ceiling fan in one of the main bedrooms. Unit was professionally cleaned and ready to move in!
LOCATION:
- Just 2 minutes to Downtown Lakewood for a ton of bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute stroll when the weather is nice.
- It's also only a 5 minute drive to Downtown Rocky River. Head over to Mitchell's Ice Cream, Whole Foods, Heinen's, Starbucks and more.
UTILITIES: Owner pays for water/sewer/trash. ($25/person fee will be applied after the second occupant). Tenant responsible for all other utilities. Gas & electric must be transferred prior to move in.
PETS: NO DOGS. Spayed/Neutered cats ok :) No cat rent but will require a $300 refundable deposit. (Max 2 cats with $500 refundable deposit)
PARKING: Street parking only. One space available in a shared garage for $40/mo additional charge.
INCOME: Household monthly income must be greater than 3 times rent
APPLICATION: 670+ credit score, no criminal history, no eviction history, 2 years rental background with be verified along with employment history. All occupants age 18 and older must complete application.
DEPOSIT: First month's rent and security deposit (and pet deposit if pet) due prior to move in
OTHER:
- Renters insurance is required
- Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal
