Beautiful, spacious home just 1.5 miles from Duke. Not only is it conveniently located to Duke, but it is half a mile from the grocery store and restaurants, 8 minutes to downtown Durham, and walking distance to Duke Forest. Also Cookout milkshakes are dangerously close, just around the corner.

The home was built in 2020. It has red oak hardwood floors and upgraded appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked, even including a Ninja blender and all the coffee amenities a coffee connoisseur could desire (pour over, cold brew, french press, and programmable brewer). The kitchen has a very large island looking into the living room and TV allowing you to binge GBBO while meal prepping.

There are three bedrooms upstairs and a dedicated workspace loft area. The house comes with all linens and basic bathroom essentials, including cleaners and even a Dyson vacuum if you want to tidy up during your stay. Between stays the house is deep cleaned by a team of professionals.

Some fun amenities of the house are a screened-in porch with a beautiful whicker table to enjoy your morning coffee. There is both a game cabinet for inside games, but also outdoor games available like bottlebash, spike ball and Duke corn hole boards. The backyard offers a fire pit, compost bin and (currently empty) chicken coop.
