36 Hudson Street

The apartment is the top two floors of a beautiful old two-family house that was renovated a few years ago. There are 5 bedrooms, but one is set up as a gym with an elliptical that is not moveable. There are also two full baths, one on each floor. One has a tub/shower, and one has a walk in shower with a beautiful quarts bench. Countertops are quarts, old wood floors are gorgeous with original custom inlays, and there’s an original fireplace that is now decorative. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

We are three blocks from the bike path and Magoun green line T stop. 1 mile on the bike path to Davis, 1 mile to Porter, and 1 mile to Bow Market in Union Square.

There are two deeded parking spots in the driveway. Up to two pets (cats or dogs only) are allowed. No smoking. No subletting. The apartment is available May 1, 2026.

Bedroom 2: pull out couch, book case, side tables, lamps, and two dressers

Bedroom 3: elliptical (Precor) and bike (Bow Flex)

Bedroom 4: treadmill and stand up desk, book case

Bedroom 5: TV mounted on the wall (33” x 57”), surround sound, coffee table, a section of the couch from the living room, book case

Other: Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations, 3 window ACs, sheets/pillow/blankets
