Great Duplex 3 bed in heart of Oak Square with all newer windows, brand new 2017 large eat in kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, free laundry in the basement, easy street parking/full driveway parking and a back yard/patio. There is a large sunny living room and separate dining room that are perfect for entertaining, a separate heated office that is very sunny, and large bedrooms with high ceilings. The second floor bedroom was renovated 2 years ago with skylights added, recessed lights installed, and storage space is plentiful. The bathroom was gutted in 2015 and everything is new in it and gas heat was installed in 2017. First, last, security, and broker fee to move in
