Located on Commonwealth Avenue, by the Washington Street intersection, this property is directly along the Green B Line and close to the #65 bus, as well as Brighton Center, St Elizabeth's Hospital (Brighton Boston Medical), Whole Foods Market, and major roadways.
The apartment is incredibly over-sized for a studio. It has a large foyer area when you first walk in (ideal for a home office), separate kitchen, and the main living room has a spacious layout with front-facing bay windows that offer great natural light, and off the living area is a LARGE sleeping alcove, big enough for a full size bed. This apartment feels like a one bedroom.
The separate kitchen has adequate counter and cabinet space, as well as a dishwasher and disposal. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. There are two large closets, replacement windows, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, and laundry in the building. Overall, this unit is in excellent condition.
Rent includes heat and hot water. Landlord requires first month rent and a 1-month security deposit to move in.
