    Because maintenance sucks. They don’t know what they are doing and when you are told by management that maintenance will come fix things that need fixed and they never show up. Management acts like they care but, they don’t. On day one our townhome had a lot of problems with it. We went through and made a huge list. Management kept promising they would work on our home but after 3 months it’s nothing but broken promises.
