    At the last minute when signing my lease the agent swamped out the apartment for a unit I hadn’t viewed. Upon move in date I reported all the items throughout the apartment that were broken. Maintenance has tried bending things like the broken oven door back into place. The apartment has an order, old carpet that was barely cleaned properly and certainly not properly replaced or updated. The painters painted over everything including making outlets and cable ports inaccessible and unusable. The tiles, walls, and ceilings are cracked and pealing. We were not advised prior to moving in that water is not our own bill, it’s divided out and assigned to us by the property. The water has a sulfur smell. I hate coming home to this disaster every day and am disgusted by this apartment. I can not wait until the lease is up so that we can leave.
