Security deposit is typically one months rent but is based on overall application score. This is a non-smoking unit. An additional $25/month resident benefit package (for up to 2 people named on lease plus $5 per additional person) is added to all leases and includes keyless access, resident portal access, positive monthly payment reporting to credit bureaus, identity theft protection thru Allstate and several other resident benefits. This is a mandatory add on to all leases. A valid renters insurance policy is also required prior to occupancy. All application fees are non-refundable once submitted.
