If you are not approved for the apartment, the $150 down-payment will be refunded to you; if you are approved, it will be applied towards the Administrative Fee, with the remainder due when you sign your lease. However, if you decide to cancel your application, you will forfeit the $150 down-payment. The total number of people occupying the apartment is enforceable based on Chicago city code. The occupancy limit does not apply toward minors living with their parents or guardians, but does apply toward minors who are not. There is no security deposit associated with this apartment. Seminary Properties allows for most kinds of standard domestic pet (e.g. cats, birds, fish), but dogs of any size, breed, or temperament are not permitted.
