Verified residentReview source: verified residentI moved in and was told an amount to which my rent would be after the first month it changed they charge you for service that you are already paying for like the lights, the pool water and maintenance, the garbage which you are already paying to have it valet. So all the charges that the owner or owners should be paying for they bill you along with what you are already paying for as the things I have mentioned. I really don't think that's fair. How are you charging me electric charge for service that I'm already paying through the electric company. Not cool at all they are making money via the high rent they are charging and having you pay their portion of wh
