Excellent place to live and central location in Sunrise / Plantation! Beautiful one room and one bath apartment. Spacious with vaulted ceilings which makes it very ample. Washer and Dryer inside the unit. Great amenities: 2 pools, tennis courts, gym. Minutes from major highways (I-595, I-75 and Sawgrass Expressway). and also from major shopping and dinning areas. We suggest to please provide 24-hour notice for showings to coordinate with tenant.
