This will require a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 as well as pet rent at $50/mo

A: No, this is offered with a minimum 12 month lease

A: This is a private guest house located in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. With the yard being fully fenced in, there is complete privacy from all neighbors and the main house. There are no shared spaces with the main house.
