This is a back cottage and so is peaceful, private and quiet. It is furnished. It is available mid September for 2.5 months. Prefer 2 months but will consider one month. Available again in May 2020. Will consider a yearly rental starting May

This sweet creative cottage has lots of light and views of foliage, a private fenced tropical yard, higher than normal key west like beamed ceilings and more. The house is Furnished. And decorations can be taken out if so desired.

The Living room/kitchen has an open floor plan with French doors that open to the good sized yard. There are lots of windows for that indoor/outdoor feel. The bedroom has a double bed and desk/office area, also with lots of windows and light.

The bathroom is large and uniquely designed with plenty of counter space.

There is an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchenette area

It is an easy bike ride to the beach and town. There is a lovely ride along Flagler bike path on the waters edge and some quiet local streets to get to West Palm (fun to ride to their great farmers market on Saturdays - or our own in Lake worth). There is a locking space outside under overhang for your bike. (or possible to rent mine)

Available Sept 20 to Nov 30th The full period is preferred. will consider less.

rent is $1300 + utilities $100 (less than actual)

Utilities = high speed internet, water, electric, gas and gardner is included.

($80 Cleaning fee) ($500 deposit)

I prefer no pets but a Small/med quiet dog might be considered with $100 extra per animal
