Verified residentReview source: verified residentAll the following do not justify cost of rent compared to other communities who offer a vast amount: The lack of security, access gate has been nothing but issues from day one, access stickers not readily available. No screened patios, no privacy fences. People constantly letting their pets go potty on other people’s lawn and unleashed. Tiny driveway that gets standing water every time it rains. People leaving their trash bins on the street all week. Just not the type of community that makes me feel like home.
