    There is not any screens on my patio doors. Can't open patio doors, bugs coming in , because I don't have screens

    My apartment flooded and I was displaced for about 5 days. No one call me to tell me the problem was fixed. They did not offer to clean the mess or offer me something off rent. I told the assistant manager that I was not comfortable living in that apartment. The manager never reached out to me about a solution. They were quick to charge me over $5000 for breaking the lease. It hard to live in an apartment that is not livable . There was water running everywhere. I have health conditions and feel that management did not handle the situation in a professional manner.
