The almost 1400 sq. ft. condo is located on the first floor overlooking the lake and golf course. This furnished and tastefully decorated unit also has a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include cable, wifi, all necessary linens, utensils, cookware and flatware.

THE CONDO:

Living/Dining/Kitchen/Lanais

The living area is open concept and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open onto the back lanai. The back lanai is glassed in so you can enjoy on warm days, or on cooler days the windows can be opened allowing for the fresh breeze to come in. The back lanai has fantastic views of the lake and golf course, and there is a table and four chairs so you can enjoy the view while you dine. There is also plenty of comfortable seating in the living room area and a TV to watch your favorite cable TV shows on.

The dining table seats 4 and there is also a small breakfast table in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a toaster and coffee maker. You should find all that you need for your vacation stay!

The front lanai has comfortable patio furniture which includes a love seat that is a rocking glider.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Primary Bedroom- has a king size bed, a TV with cable, two walk in closets and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom- has a queen size bed, a closet and dresser. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub and the laundry area with washer and dryer is also in this area.

Den/Bedroom- has a futon couch that can also be used as a twin sized bed. There is also a pack-and-play for your kids or grandkids! There is a writing desk and chair for those needing to do some work while away.

This unit also has a 1 car garage, plus ample additional unreserved parking spots.

Minimum stay of 28 nights (negotiable rent for longer stays).
$500 refundable security deposit.
$100 cleaning fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
Heritage Palms is a gated, secure community with an HOA application process to be completed a minimum of 10 days in advance of occupancy. There is an application form, background check and an application fee that is paid directly to the association (not included in booking fees). There is a $400 membership transfer fee payable upon arrival directly to the club which gives you access to golf, pools, gym and other amenities.
