Constant dogs barking at any given hour, will continue to bark until late/early mornings and no one seems home or has reinforcements in place to descale the dogs? It has been very loud since string in May. Nothing was said to the neighbors because we thought maybe it would stop but it hasn’t. My fiance & I don’t get much sleep because of the dogs constant barking.
