Applicants have the right to provide KEVCO with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) which is not more than 30 days old, as defined in C.R.S. § 38-12-902(2.5). Kindly Note: If providing a PTSR, applicant must still fill out the KEVCO application but will not be charged a fee.
