Applicants have the right to provide KEVCO with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) which is not more than 30 days old, as defined in C.R.S. § 38-12-902(2.5). Kindly Note: If providing a PTSR, applicant must still fill out the KEVCO application but will not be charged a fee.

RENTERS INSURANCE: each resident will be required to pay for their own renters insurance policy for the duration of the lease, carrying a minimum liability limit of $100,000.00 and naming KEVCO as an Interested Party. Cost is set by your chosen provider.
