Verified residentReview source: verified residentVery satisfied with much of the complex and it's offerings. In particular Nathan has done an incredible job with the culture of this community. For value, there are some appliances in the apartment are low quality, in particular the draws and cabinets often fall off the tracks and come off the screws - ac could have been set up better to evenly distribute all rooms evenly and ideally windows open in the rooms for better air flow. Maintenance; there has been a great positive change from the last management to current- night and day. The one thing I will say, is when we moved into a new unit there a were several items that seemed to of been looked over ...additionally we didn't get a welcome package which would have been a nice touch and continued to feel like a welcomed home. Other than that, we've been very happy with our time here.
