This condo community is pristine from the grounds and landscaping to the immaculate hallways that are adorned with cool artwork! It's so fancy, there are trash and recycling shutes so you don't even have to see the trash area, or lug everything down to a dumpster. There is an elevator to bring you up to the 3rd floor, and your guests will have to call you from the entrance for admittance. The lobby doors stay locked and have a fob entry ( miraculously your packages are brought to your door though ). More importantly, this 3rd story, East/South corner facing condo is fantastic with the tall ceilings and spacious surroundings. With about 1,300 square feet and natural light flooding in through the large immaculate, nearly floor to ceiling ( or it feels like it! ) windows in every room, it feels open, bright, light and airy. The bedrooms are oversized, and have huge closets, the primary having the walk in closet. A large en-suite bathroom with a big glass enclosed shower with a bench seat can be yours to enjoy. The 2nd bathroom is down the hall and is also a great size with a super deep bathtub. The second bedroom is across the hall from the bathroom, and has a large double door step-in closet. The kitchen, living and dining room are all open to each other and has great light flowing in through all the windows. High end Kitchen Aid stainless appliances pop against the dark wood of all the cabinets, so many ( soft close ) cabinets, high and low! The counters are quartz with a beautiful tile backsplash, and that long island is awesome, with cabinets on one side and seating on the other. Did I mention the under cabinet lighting? That really takes the luxury to the next level. This comes with a reserved parking space in the garage along with a storage cage for your overflow items. Super close to all the fun stuff in Lowry!
