The bathroom is accessed via the hallway and includes an updated pedestal sink, medicine cabinet, and large bath/shower combo.
NOTE: A $250 non-refundable charge for move-in and move-out due to the HOA for elevator usage. This needs to be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance to prepare the elevator and is coordinated with the HOA.
