This large single-family home is situated facing a local park and has wonderful views of the mountains! The main bedroom has a private patio that is a perfect place to relax. The house includes a dedicated office on the main level, and a large unfinished basement for plenty of storage!

The home is located off Woodmen Rd and Black Forest Rd. The house was built in 2016 and is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, with a dedicated office. The house is 2,937 square feet large! The main level has hardwood floors throughout the office, living room, and kitchen. To the right of the front entry you will find the office which has double glass doors. The half bath on the main level is just past the office, and still close to the front door. Most of the main level is dedicated to the large open concept living room and dining room. The kitchen is found at the rear of the house, and features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry. Stairways to upstairs and downstairs are at the rear of the house, along with access to the garage. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms, and the two full bathrooms. The hallway bathroom includes a double sink vanity, and a tile shower. One sink for each bedroom! The main bedroom includes a walk in closet, an en suite bathroom with two separate sinks and a walk-in shower, and a private patio overlooking the park and with a view of the mountains! The laundry room is upstairs, on the same level as the bedrooms! A washer/dryer are included. The basement is unfinished and 979 sq ft of storage or flex space! The 2-car garage is extra wide and accessed by an alley off Camille Ct. The living room has a sliding door leading to a small patio and xeriscaped private yard.

One pet is allowed and MUST be 12 months or older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.

Tenant pays all Utilities except Trash. Owner pays Trash and HOA Fees. Tenant maintains the front and side yard. This home has heat, but no A/C.

As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.
