Landlord will consider 1 dog weighing 25lbs or less with a $35 pet fee month plus $300 refundable deposit. No puppies or aggressive breeds.

*Initial lease term shall be for 11 months.

* A one-time $150 administration fee applies and will be collected on your lease start date.

*Application Fee is $70 per person over 18,plus $25 per pet. Roommates are not allowed and will not be accepted.
