Beautiful custom home on serene private lot. Bright, open entry, hardwood floors, large open kitchen that overlooks a great room with soaring ceilings and a gas fireplace. Great room has a walk out to a large covered patio that overlooks a beautiful yard with lots of green grass and mature trees. The main level also has one bedroom with an attached bath. This room would also work very well as a home office. The upstairs boasts an additional 4 bedrooms including a large master with vaulted ceilings and a large attached 5 piece master bath with walk in closet. Laundry room with washer and dryer included are conveniently located upstairs as well. The home has a new furnace and AC unit and newer carpet and windows throughout. A covered front porch, oversized driveway and a large unfinished basement that is perfect for storage. Great, quiet neighborhood and District 20 schools! Yard is not fenced-owner prefers the open look/feel and the frequent deer wandering through the yard. Sorry, the owner will not consider a pet in this home.
