This lovely home has all the touches of warmth and comfort. Outdoor spaces are surrounded by lush grass and trees. The backyard space has a large newly painted deck and a sauna. You'll find hardwood throughout the home and tile in the bathrooms. All light fixtures have been upgraded as well. The entrance gate provides a little private space before the front door which adds a bit of security. The large windows throughout allow the sun to shine through every corner of the home.

All appliances are included but the wine fridge and sauna are unwarranted. Repair or replacement will be tenants' responsibility if they fail. New refrigerator and paint fixes will be done before your move in. Tenants are responsible for PGE, water and garbage. Landscaping is done professionally by the current landscaper at $175 and is the tenant's responsibility to pay in addition to rent. This ensures that the landscaping is kept in good condition.

Small pets are allowed with $500 pet deposit per pet.

We look for 650 credit score and up, all tenants over 18 must apply and be on the lease and must make 2.5 times the rent with gross income. There is a $75 application fee per person which is refundable if your application was not processed.
