    The staff here is amazing, helpful, and kind always. The maintainer leaves a lot to be desired. Inefficient selections for repairs through app, slow response, marking things as finished when they are not. Difficult to communicate with and thoughtless follow through.

    Area around the apartment building reeks of urine and renters advised NOT to sign a lease due to hot water not always being available. Elevator always backed up and packed. Parking is a nightmare.
