This 3BD/2BA, 1,400 sq. ft. single-story home in Mira Mesa makes a welcoming first impression with a front yard shaded by mature trees, and everything inside sits on one easy level.
The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and a peninsula, with the dining area close by and French doors that lead out to the patio, so a weeknight dinner can move outdoors whenever the mood strikes.
Two of the three bedrooms feature carpet flooring, and in-unit laundry keeps chores simple and close to home.
Out back, the covered patio and yard open up to mountain views, the kind of backdrop that makes every sunset feel like an event. As the sky fades, the firepit becomes the natural gathering spot for long conversations under the stars. A two-car garage and driveway parking leave plenty of room for vehicles and storage.
Mira Mesa puts the restaurants along Mira Mesa Boulevard, nearby shopping centers, and quick access to the 15 and the 805 all within minutes. Mountain views at sunset and a firepit glowing out back, this is the kind of home that makes every evening worth coming home for!
