    Security Issues: Gates have been broken since June 1st, allowing homeless individuals onto the property. The door near the Starbucks exit is left open at night, and security hasn't addressed it. Trash Area: Frequently overloaded and dirty. Unauthorized Pool Use: Non-residents appear to be using the pool, often leaving the door propped open. Gym/Common Area Doors: Locks are nearly broken, making it difficult to use the key.
