The primary suite has a Cal King bed with all brand new furnishings including a 43" Smart TV. This bedroom features a walk-in closet custom designed by California Closets as well as an en-suite bathroom with a large shower.

The second bedroom has great light from big windows, a Queen bed, also with all new furnishings, a small writing desk that works great as a workspace for your laptop, and a custom-designed closet.

A second full bathroom in the hallway is beautifully laid out and both bathrooms are fitted with hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of fluffy towels.

The overall apartment is bright and airy. The living room is furnished with two comfy custom love seats, a cozy electric fireplace that throws nice heat or can be used without heat to create a lovely ambience for year-round use, a 65" Samsung Smart TV and a sweet bistro table with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. A 9’ wide multi-panel sliding door off of the living room offers the best in indoor/outdoor living as a gateway to a large private patio. Dine al fresco at the dining table while grilling up something tasty on the Weber gas BBQ grill.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and the like.

There are plenty of windows that provide great natural light and also wonderful cross breezes. But on those rare occasions we have a bad heat spell and you want A/C, it is there for you!

Additional considerations offered include super high speed internet (300 Megabyte) as well as a washer/dryer for your personal use in the garage.

Free garage parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking.

Bi-Weekly housecleaning is included in the rent.

To make the most of your beach experience, you will have use of two beach cruisers, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels and a beach wagon to tote your stuff to the sand.
