I had a major plumbing leak recently and management wasn’t too helpful until I went to the regional manager. The keep saying they will fix things and I have to keep asking repeatedly about each individual item and idk why it’s so hard. Maintence tries their best, but they are overworked. They are relatively quick but in this case, not so much. I have to park a 5 min walk from my door which is frustrating since there are no spots reserved near my apartment for my apartment. Cars get broken in to and stolen even tho it’s a “nice area” otherwise. It’s an older place, still looks presentable on the outside but lots of small repair needed in the first 2 months of living here. The electric bills with PG&E are extremely high for no good reason it seems as well as utility costs. I don’t quite get it. Idk. I’m upset right now so my review might be a stronger negative view than I would have had before the plumbing leak (which destroyed literally thousands of dollars of my things!) so well see if they reimburse me like they said they would.
