Verified residentReview source: verified residentTook a tour for the second time and it wasn't cleaned at all. There was trail of ants in the kitchen and living room prior to us moving in furniture. Worst thing is I have super loud neighbors above us everymoring at 4am. The landlord is not doing anything about and I'm fighting to break my lease.

Grounds are basically a litter box for dogs, feces everywhere!!! No hot water in the washing machines. Steady mail theft that has been going on for over two years. I transferred from one unit to another and they then sent me to collections while I was still living there because my ledger had not been handled properly by office staff after the transfer. Just gave my 60 day notice. Due to move out the 13th of September. They sent me my statement for the month saying I owe for the whole month. Any time I try to ask for a supervisor I am refused. They will ruin
