This is our second time living at Iluminate. The location in the heart of Downtown Phoenix is great. It can be noisy, but you're in Downtown. Leasing is very helpful with any issues or questions you may have. Maintenance is fast. Parking has main floor and basement and is easy to park. Overall, I'm satisfied living at Iluminate.
