Fairways on Thunderbird

I have a washer and dryer that is crack, dirty and it stinks and they will not replace it. Debbie said it works and I am stuck with it but my friends is not crack and it works and her's only have a very little smell. The refrigerator had bugs in it and they did not want to replace it until I mention health department I have pictures and videos. I did not know where to put the trash at because Debbie did not know, so I took my trash to work. I still do not know where my mailbox is because Debbie will not show me. I caught Maintenance using my brand new mop that I didn’t use yet and was planning to take back but can't because bugs were on it. I thinks its unfair to make people get cable and I don't watch tv, that need to be pause just like the stupid rule of the residents calling tow trucks if someone is in their parking spot. I wish I could move in 6 months instead of 12 months. The fitness room is nice but in a wrong spot. But I am going to take advantage of what I have to pay for. It should be something to cover it while people working out. But I will start using it because its going to help with my mental and physical needs. I am a fall risk, that means I want to put grab bars in the tub because I alredy fell. I need yall permission to do it. The dishwasher do not work but I do not use it anyway, the buttons do not match the cycles, it runs on one cycle, but it don't stinks. I have a few positive things but I am not going to say until the basic things are fix.
