“I moved in here two months ago from a very bad apartment complex that I had lived in for 8 years, and it feels like I am coming out of a bad relatiinship and meeting the woman of my dreams. The place is clean, quiet, big, perfect location, and the office staff are truly wonderful and helpful. I love this place so much.”

“Due to my work Iam hardly home. The to the property was not done. I was not given a tour of the property. My appliances are from the late 1980’s. The refrigerator makes noise (running sound), no shelf in freezer, no butter dish cover. I believe I am charged regularly for pest control I do get (small roach or water bugs) in drawers ,cabinets or even climbing my walls. Recently the playground was flooded with water due to water line issue but due to heat I have gnats, inside my apartment. Also I walk up to my apartment you see them in the stairwell area. On a positive note I received a call about a package for me in the office. Other than the little issues I do like residing at Morgan Park I tell coworkers about this property and how it’s peaceful so far🤞🏽.”
