Verified residentReview source: verified residentNo security gate; allows non-residents to access amenities. Multiple individuals smoking, drinking, and causing nuisances all hours of the night. Valet trash pickup is unreliable; trash is never picked up and sets outside for extended periods of time causing foul odors around complex. Management lacks initiative to address issues and lacks integrity providing solutions to residents. The rent for my one bed is 400 dollars above the average market rate in Phoenix.
